VTIP Mode
VTIP stands for Vocational Training Improvement Project. The India Vocational Training Improvement Project is designed to improve quality and relevance of training in 400 eligible Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs), train instructors, and provide incentive funds to reward states for good performance in project implementation. It will also promote systemic reforms and innovations, focusing on activities that lead to enhancement in the overall reach and effectiveness of the vocational training system.
The objective of the Vocational Training Improvement Project of India is to improve the employment outcomes of graduates from the vocational training system, by making the design and delivery of training more demand responsive.
